The game is a Japanese urban legend about a masked spirit who wears a red robe, and who appears to people using the toilet in public or school bathrooms, specifically targeting young women. The legends vary, but one consistent element of the story is that the spirit would ask questions of individuals using the toilet. He would ask them if they wanted red paper or blue paper. If they chose red, they would be torn apart so much that their corpses would be soaked in their own blood. If the individual chooses blue, the person will be strangled until all of the person's blood is drained from the body.
